Il ressemble \u00e0 une poudre blanche cristalline et a le go\u00fbt de la canne \u00e0 sucre. Il se dissout facilement dans l&rsquo;eau et pr\u00e9sente une l\u00e9g\u00e8re solubilit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;alcool. Cette substance ne subit pas de m\u00e9tabolisme dans le corps et n&rsquo;apporte aucune \u00e9nergie. Il est bon march\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 et a une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en sucre. Dans le secteur alimentaire, il est couramment utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe trois m\u00e9thodes pour fabriquer de l&rsquo;ac\u00e9sulfame de potassium. La premi\u00e8re m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 utiliser de l&rsquo;ac\u00e9toac\u00e9tamide, du trioxyde de soufre et du KOH comme mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. Cependant, l&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient de cette m\u00e9thode est que la r\u00e9action doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature extr\u00eamement basse et que le rendement n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 utiliser de l&rsquo;acide aminosulfonique, de la tri\u00e9thylamine, de la di\u00e8ne c\u00e9tone, du SO3 et du KOH comme mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour fabriquer de l&rsquo;ac\u00e9sulfame de potassium. Bien que les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de cette m\u00e9thode soient faciles \u00e0 obtenir et qu&rsquo;elle offre un rendement de 69 % dans des conditions de traitement douces, la proc\u00e9dure elle-m\u00eame est relativement complexe. La m\u00e9thode couramment utilis\u00e9e en Chine est la r\u00e9action de la di\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne c\u00e9tone avec du fluorure d&rsquo;aminosulfonyle et du carbonate de potassium dans une solution d&rsquo;ac\u00e9tone pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du sel de potassium de fluorure d&rsquo;ac\u00e9tylamino-N-sulfonyle, puis r\u00e9agir avec une solution de m\u00e9thanol-hydroxyde de potassium pour
